WWE SmackDown Results: Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu Involved in a Brawl, Street Profits Win Against DIY

The latest episode of WWE SmackDown episode comprised some highly intense drama and featured the latest build-up for Bash at Berlin 2024. The latest episode kicked off with a championship party, featuring stars like Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax. The first clash of the night saw Carmelo Hayes take on Andrade el Idolo. Women’s action followed next as Blair Davenport squared off against Naomi. The main event witnessed a WWE Tag Team Championship Number One Contender’s match between DIY and Street Profits. Following the match, Roman Reigns was brutally attacked by The Bloodline as the show went off the air.

Nia Jax’s championship celebration

The segment began with women’s Money in the Bank winner Tiffany Stratton standing inside the ring with Pretty Deadly. She then introduced Nia Jax to the ring who got carried on a throne. After arriving, Nia asked Stratton and the rest present inside the ropes to bow before her. Just as the superstars lowered their heads, Mia Yim appeared out of nowhere to attack everyone with a kendo stick. Stratton and Jax were able to escape the assault.

Street Profits win main event

The match saw Ford and Gargano trade submission manoeuvres right from the get-go. After exchanging some blows, the Street Profits hit their finish on a legal Ciampa. But Gargano broke the pinfall with a superkick. Later, Dawkins countered to land a Doomsday Blockbuster with Ford for a pinfall victory.

Roman Reigns gets attacked by The Bloodline

After the conclusion of the SmackDown main event, Solo Sikoa cut a promo where he asked fans to acknowledge him as the new Tribal Chief. After a loud booing from the fans, Sikoa turned his attention to Roman Reigns. Sikoa asked the former Undisputed Champion to come out. He then mentioned that Reigns would have to take the Tribal Chief crown back from him. Reigns entered the ring and stared down Sikoa. Soon a brawl erupted between the two. After some back-and-forth action, Reigns was blindsided by Jacob Fatu. The segment eventually ended with The Bloodline hitting the ex-Tribal Chief with a triple-powerbomb.
