Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s elder son Kartikeya’s is going to be engaged to Amanat Bansal. This engagement ceremony will be held on October 17. Amanat is the daughter of businessman Anupam Bansal.
The former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister shared the news about his son’s engagement on social media on Monday and expected blessings from people for the new couple. Chouhan said that being a father, it is the happiest day for him.
“As a father, today is a very happy occasion for me. I, my wife Sadhana and my family are extremely happy to share with you the good news that my elder son Kartikeya is engaged to Amanat Bansal, daughter of Mr. Anupam Bansal and Mrs. Ruchita Bansal. The engagement ceremony of Kartikeya and Amanat will take place on 17th October. Please give your best wishes to both the families and your blessings to the children for their future,” Chouhan wrote on ‘X’.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s future daughter-in-law and Kartikeya’s partner Amanat Bansal holds a Masters degree in Psychology from Oxford University. Her father, Anupam Bansal is the executive director of Liberty Shoes. Amanat’s mother, Ruchita Bansal is the founder of the Haryana chapter of the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of India.
The Union Minister’s younger son, Kunal got engaged in May. His partner is Riddhi Jain. Riddhi is the granddaughter of Bhopal’s renowned doctor Indramal Jain. Her father is Sandeep Jain.
