The Union Public Service Commission has announced the final results of the UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination 2024. Candidates who took the CMS Exam can view their results on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in. According to the official notification, the final results were compiled based on the outcomes of the written examination (Part 1) conducted on July 14, followed by the personality test (Part 2), which took place from September to November 2024.
A total of 165 candidates have been selected for Category I, while 600 candidates have been chosen for Category II. The candidature of 304 of the recommended candidates remains provisional.
Appointments to the services or posts will be made based on the number of available vacancies and contingent upon candidates meeting all required eligibility criteria and completing any necessary pre-appointment procedures and verifications satisfactorily. Candidates will be assigned to services or posts according to their rank and stated preferences.
