UPSC admit cards 2024 expected to be released soon: Check important details

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has scheduled the UPSC Mains exam for September 20, 2024. Based on previous patterns, the admit card for qualifying candidates is expected to be released this week on upsc.gov.in. Candidates who passed the prelims are eligible for the Mains, which will take place on September 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29, with two exam shifts: 9 AM to 12 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

UPSC Mains admit card 2024: Important details

Eligible candidates should visit the official website at upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in, to check and download their admit cards, once the link is active.On the homepage, find and click the ‘E-Admit Card’ section. Select the link for UPSC Civil Services mains admit card 2024. Enter the necessary credentials. The admit card will appear on the screen. Review and download it, then print a copy for future use.
The admit card will include details including the candidate’s name, roll number, photograph, signature, date of birth, and category, along with exam date, time, and venue information. Candidates must bring a printed copy of the admit card and a valid ID to the exam hall. Without these, entry will not be permitted. Electronic devices, including mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, and earphones, are prohibited in the exam hall. Those who pass the Mains will proceed to the interview stage.
