Tripti Singh from Ghazipur has been granted a scholarship worth Rs 2.5 crore to research on global sustainable development at the University of Warwick.
Another remarkable achievement has emerged from Uttar Pradesh, as Tripti Singh from Ghazipur has earned international recognition for her scholarly excellence and commitment. Originating from Kundesar village in Muhammadabad tehsil, Tripti has been honoured with a distinguished scholarship from the British government. This prestigious award highlights her dedication and brings pride to India’s academic community, showcasing the potential and talent flourishing within the region.
Tripti has been granted a scholarship worth Rs 2.5 crore to conduct research on global sustainable development at the University of Warwick. The scholarship will cover all of her expenses, including tuition fees, living costs, travel, food, and health insurance for the entire period of her research. This generous support allows Tripti to focus entirely on her academic work, providing her with the financial freedom to explore and contribute to sustainable development on a global scale.
This scholarship is a proud representation of India’s academic talent on the global stage. Only one student from the entire country was chosen for this honour, and there was tough competition from many qualified candidates. However, Tripti distinguished herself with her outstanding academic record and seven years of valuable experience in sociology. Tripti’s commitment to education has always been exceptional. She completed her high school and intermediate studies at Vishwa Bharti Public School in Noida, where she laid a strong academic foundation. Later, she earned a gold medal upon graduating from Delhi University, showcasing her academic excellence. Her pursuit of knowledge continued with a Master’s in Sociology from Mumbai University, where she gained a deeper understanding of societal issues and development. Beyond her achievements, Tripti is also a founding member of Riverdale Global School in Jayanagar Muhammadabad, where she inspires and encourages other students to follow their aspirations and reach their full potential.
