Ukraine Drone “Whacks” Russian Spy UAV With “Stick” | Putin’s “Cheap” UAVs Locate Enemy Air Defences
As drone warfare intensifies, Russia claims to have developed a new system to detect Ukrainian drone operators. The Russian military’s newly designed “Cobra” system looks like a game console but has the ability to track Ukrainian drone operators and hunt Kyiv’s drones. Russia has also reportedly started including new, cheaply-made drones in its long-range attacks on Ukraine in a bid to identify air defences. Experts say Russia is seeking to adapt its tactics and try new technology to gain an edge during its daily missile and drone strikes on Ukraine. Meanwhile, a video circulating online purportedly shows a Ukrainian First Person View (FPV) drone stalking a Russian UAV with a long stick over Kherson Oblast.
