EAT RIGHT
● Eat a balanced meal 1-2 hours before playing garba to allow for proper digestion and steady energy release
● Eat a light snack like a banana or 2-3 dates about 30 minutes before the event
● Avoid heavy, greasy and fried foods too close to the event.This can drain your energy
● Stay hydrated. Less intake of water can lead to fatigue during the dance
● After garba, don’t consume caffeinated drinks as they often hinder recovery and cause dehydration. Instead, opt for light, nutritious foods like whole rice with dal accompanied by lots of veggies, fresh fruits and salads
