Start doing your regular skin care – Start doing your regular skin care for AM/PM . Regular CTOM with Sunscreen everyday, alongwith weekly skin care regimes and night skincare will help you skin repair and revive, fast and effectively.
Exfoliation – Exfoliate your body and face once a week. Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin and build up of residue, dirt or any makeup leftover, which helps unclog skin pores and remove blackheads and whiteheads. Use natural exfoliator either prepared at home or use all-natural exfoliators.
Soothing sheet mask – Very gentle and calming process to heal and restore your skin. You can apply sheet masks twice a week after your regular CTOM at night. This will boost the skin’s repair process. The soothing sensation of the mask can also reduce puffiness and make your skin feel rejuvenated in just 10-15 minutes.
Use night cream – Once your festivities end now it’s time to take beauty sleep but this beauty sleep is incomplete without a night cream, A nourishing and repairing night cream will help rejuvenate the skin overnight. Look for the ingredients such as Vitamin E, goji berry, etc which are highly effective.
Take care of under eye – The under-eye area often takes the brunt of late nights and lack of sleep, leading to dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines. To rejuvenate this delicate area, use an eye cream that can help reduce puffiness and dark circles.

Face mask once a week after exfoliation – A detoxifying face mask is a must to draw out impurities, toxins, and excess oil that may have built up during the festivities. Clay-based masks like kaolin work wonders for oily or combination skin, while charcoal masks are great for deep cleansing. If you have dry skin, opt for a creamy detox mask with hydrating ingredients to avoid over-drying.
Don’t forget sunscreen – Even though the festive season may be over, protecting your skin from the sun is still essential. UV rays can further damage already stressed skin, leading to premature aging and pigmentation. Make sure to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, even if you’re indoors.
