Mithijhora: Nilu confesses the truth to Sourya
After Rai and Anirban’s wedding rituals got over, they embraced themselves for their new life. However, that was when the storms began. At the night of the reception, Anirban was handed a gift box from someone who introduced himself as Rai’s friend.When Rai and Anirban opened the gift box, they found several intimate photographs. Anirban assumed the couple in those photos were none but Rai and Sourya and claimed that Rai had betrayed him. Anirban accused Rai of breaking his trust and heart and left Rai with a letter that hinted he was leaving her.
Rai came back to her mother’s house and told Boumoni and Srot everything. Rai assumed that Sourya was behind all this and went to his house to confront him. Rai accused Sourya of intentionally ruining her marriage with Anirban in front of his entire family. However, Sourya denied Rai’s allegations and stood his ground. After Rai left, Sourya went to Anirban’s house to clarify the confusion those photos created. Sourya claimed before Anirban and his family that he and Rai never had any untoward relationship after he married Rai’s sister Nilu. Sourya tried his best to convince Anirban but in vain. Anirban stuck to his own delusion and still considered Rai guilty.
Sourya came to Rai’s house to take Nilu back home. Sourya pleaded with Nilu’s family and brought her back. However, Sourya had his own reasons to do so. Sourya brought Nilu home and despite his family’s reaction to it – Sourya stuck to his decision. When Sourya and Nilu settled in their room, Sourya got Nilu talking as he won her trust. Under the influence of alcohol, Nilu finally confessed all the truths to Sourya.
What will Sourya do now?
‘Mithijhora’, a popular Bengali television show, stars Aratrika Maity, Debadrita Basu and Swapnila Chakrabarty as three sisters. As per the story of the show, Raipurna, Nilanjana and Srowtashini are three sisters. They love each other from the depths of their heart. They have an elder brother Vikram who is physically impaired. So, their only job holder is their father, Kingshuk. Raipurna loves Sourya. So, they would get married. But on the day of their marriage, Kingshuk dies. In these circumstances, to take responsibility for her family, she gets Nilanjana and Sourya married without their knowledge. As a result, everyone misunderstands Raipurna. As the story progresses, Rai becomes the sole breadwinner of the family. Anirban Sen (played by Suman Dey), a businessman and entrepreneur, comes into the picture much later. Rai and Anirban come close and find companionship in each other.
