Manchester City defender Kyle Walker has reportedly reunited with his wife Annie Kilner for the first time since January. Walker was kicked out of their luxurious mansion in Cheshire following a paternal scandal with Lauryn Goodman. The influencer-cum-model, reportedly, sent a bombshell text message to Kilner, identifying Walker as the father of her two children. It led to a separation between the footballer and his wife. According to a report by Daily Mail, the pair has once again started living together as they have recently moved back to their marital home with their four kids. The outlet further claimed that Walker and Kilner were working on repairing their relationship.

It undoubtedly came as a shock for Kilner, who was, reportedly, pregnant with their fourth child at that point in time.
Walker made himself available during the birth of his fourth son but was staying away from his family. He reportedly rented an apartment in Manchester. Meanwhile, Goodman has spoken publicly about her relationship with Walker on several occasions. She even brought her son Kairo to watch his father in action in an EURO fixture this summer.
As per sources close to the couple, both Walker and Kilner want to give their relationship a second chance. “They both want to make it work. Their family is the centre of both of their lives. They are not sure at this point if they can work it out but they want to give it the best chance of working. The first step in that is him moving back into the house,” one of their friends told Daily Mail.
“They don’t want the kids to come from a broken home and they have been together since they were 16 years old, so they are each other’s worlds. Annie is very protective of the boys and doesn’t want to get a divorce. Kyle wants to be home with Annie and the children,” the source added.
Speaking about his on-field career, Walker has made just one appearance for Manchester City this season. He was on the pitch for just two minutes in an away game against West Ham. Walker will be aiming to start in the next Premier League fixture against Brentford on September 14.
