NEW DELHI: Karnataka high court on Wednesday rejected CBI plea to allow probe against Karnataka deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar in illegal assets case.
Karnataka HC dismissed petitions filed by CBI and BJP MLA Basangouda Patil Yatnal challenging the Karnataka government’s decision to withdraw consent for CBI probe into corruption allegations against Congress leader Shivakumar.
