Integrate job data sources: Mansukh Mandaviya
NEW DELHI: Labour minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Friday called for integrating multiple data sources on employment generation existing across govt as the numbers currently exist in silos.
“There is a need to create linkages among different employment data sources, assimilating and integrating them to develop a system that captures a holistic picture of employment generation in the country,” he said at a meeting with 19 govt departments and ministries and industry bodies.
Mandaviya proposed a core group comprising these bodies to build synergies and integrate efforts.
