IDBI Bank Ltd. is currently accepting applications for Executive- Sales and Operations (ESO) posts. As per the official information, the deadline to file the application is November 16 and the tentative online exam date is December 1.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1000 vacant ESO positions in the organisation. Out of these, 448 posts are for the Unreserved Category Applicants, 94 for Scheduled Tribes, 127 for Scheduled Caste, 231 for OBC, 100 for EWS and 40 for the PwBD.

IDBI Bank ESO Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
To apply, the candidate must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a university recognised/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Applicant must be between 20 to 25 years old. They must have been born not earlier than October 2, 1999, and not later than October 1, 2004.
IDBI Bank ESO Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD categories need to pay an application fee of Rs 250, while all other category applicants must pay Rs 1,050. The payment must be made online through Debit/Credit or net banking.
IDBI Bank ESO Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection process for the IDBI Bank ESO posts includes an online test (OT), document verification (DV), personal interview (PI) and a pre-recruitment medical test (PRMT).
The exam will consist of questions from logical reasoning, data analysis and interpretation, English language, quantitative aptitude and general/economic/banking awareness/computer/IT. The exam, with a duration of 120 minutes, will have 200 questions. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
