Donald Trump vs Kamala Harris: When, Where And How To Watch The US Presidential Debate

Donald Trump announced in a post on Truth Social that he had accepted the September 10 debate on ABC under the same conditions as the previous debate against Biden.
With less than two months left for the United States Presidential Elections, the first television debate between Presidential nominees, Donald Trump (Republican Party) and Kamala Harris (Democratic Party) is set to take place on Wednesday (as per IST).
When will it happen?
The second general election debate (former Democratic presidential nominee and incumbent President Joe Biden, who later dropped out of the race participated in the first debate) will take place at 9:00 pm (US Time) on Tuesday (6:30 am IST on Wednesday) at the National Constitution Centre in Philadelphia.

Where to watch?
The highly-awaited debate will be broadcasted on ABC news, ABC News Live 24/7 streaming network and Fox News. It will also be available for live-streaming on OTT platforms such as Disney+ and Hulu.
The debate will be moderated by David Muir, anchor of World News Tonight, and Linsey Davis, anchor of ABC News Live Prime.
Before the debate, ABC News will air a special programme titled Race for the White House at 5:30 am IST, featuring Chief Global Affairs Correspondent and This Week co-anchor Martha Raddatz, Chief Washington Correspondent and This Week co-anchor Jonathan Karl, Chief White House Correspondent Mary Bruce, and Senior Congressional Correspondent Rachel Scott.
Rules of debate
ABC News has issued some regulations for the highly-awaited debate. As per the rule, “each candidate’s microphone will only be turned on when it is their turn to speak, there is no studio audience and the candidates aren’t allowed to talk to their staff during breaks or bring any notes with them.” Additionally, only the moderators will be allowed to pose questions to the candidates.
Both candidates would be provided with only a pen and pad and a water bottle.
